This presentation will examine the elements of a comprehensive onboarding program . This will include identifying the roles and responsibilities of key players in the organization. It will also compare and contrast the roles of preceptors to mentors and identify ways to establish a successful mentor relationship for the onboarding process. A case study from Cedars-Sinai Health System is also included.
