East Windsor, NJ– In a continued drive to provide innovative and market-responsive solutions, leading retirement plan recordkeeper ExpertPlan today unveiled its new “PlanRecordkeeper+,” an important Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service. PlanRecordkeeper+ allows third party administrators (TPAs) to maintain the valued aspects of providing daily recordkeeping services while transitioning the onerous tasks to ExpertPlan.
The key benefit of a daily recordkeeping system is that it provides TPAs with a capability to meet the new service design trends of unconstrained fund availability and full fee disclosure. Through PlanRecordkeeper+, ExpertPlan has developed an easy-to-use recordkeeping program derived from its proprietary software and efficient transaction capabilities that alleviates the TPAs’ cost, risk, time, and staffing problems. It further delivers robust personalized web access in addition to a customizable Voice Response Unit (VRU) so TPAs can match any competing recordkeeper.
